International Sports and Entertainment Zone (ISEZA) and its affiliated entities (collectively known and referred as “ISEZA” or “we” or “us” or “our”) respect the privacy of our Customers, online visitors, and subscribers (“user” or “you” or “yours” or “your”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, and use your Personal Data. We may make changes to this Policy, as required by relevant UAE regulations.

ISEZA is a data controller of your Personal Data (as defined below). We are responsible for ensuring that we use your Personal Data in compliance with the Data Privacy Law of the United Arab Emirates.

Personal Data is information relating to you (either directly or indirectly). It includes Sensitive Personal Data such as family details or religious beliefs.

Our website may include links to third-party websites, plugs-ins and applications. Clicking on those links or enabling those connections may allow third parties to collect or share data about you. We are not responsible for these third-party websites or their privacy statements. Once you leave our website, we recommend that you read the privacy policy of every website that you visit. 2. Personal Data We Collect and How We Collect It

We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of Personal Data about you.

The type of Personal Data we collect from you and which you provide directly via ISEZA Services (including but not limited to company set up, visas and any other future services ISEZA may offer) or communications via social media platforms includes the following:

Identity Data: Full names, Titles, Gender

Contact Data: Biling addresses, delivery addresses, email addresses, contact numbers (telephone and/or landline).

Financial Data: Bank account, audited financial statements, bank statements, payment card details, salary details.

Transaction Data: Payment details to you and from you and details of other Services purchased from us.

Technical Data: Internet Protocol (IP) Address, login data, browser type and version, time zones setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platforms and other technology on devices used to access this website.

Profile Data: Your interests, preferences, feedback and survey responses.

Usage Data: Information about how you use our website and Services.

Marketing and Communications Data: Preferences such as which marketing content you would prefer to receive from us and our third-party partners and your communication preferences.

Aggregated Data: Statistical or demographic data for any purpose. This data could be derived from Personal Data but may not be considered Personal Data by law as it cannot and will not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. However, if Aggregated Data is combined with your Personal Data in a way where it can directly or indirectly identify you, such as where we aggregate user data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a particular website feature, we will treat the combined data as Personal Data which will be used in line with this Privacy Policy.

Feedback Data: This is data we receive where we request your opinion, suggestions, or modifications and improvement ideas through surveys or other similar requests. Any responses are voluntary; however, you agree that any Feedback provided will be owned by ISEZA and may be used by ISEZA in its sole discretion.

The type of Personal Data that is automatically collected when you visit the website:

Automated Data:
Internet Protocol (IP) Address, operating systems, internal resolution of browser window, device type, country code, IMEI/UDID, and MAC Address or other identifier technology that is able to uniquely identify your device or browser, date and time of access, Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), and subscription information

Other Forms of Tracking Technology that we may use:

Pixel tags: Pixel tags are a form of tracking technology used by websites. This form of technology is also known as a web beacon, tracking pixel, clear GIF, or 1×1 GIF. This is an invisible, small image file that is the size of a 1×1 pixel that is loaded whenever a user visits a web page or opens an email. When opened, it sends a request to a server that logs your Personal Data such as IP address, device and browser information, page viewed, or email opened, and timestamp and referral source. Any data collected from pixel tags in any email communication sent to you or on our web page is used to measure the effectiveness of our content.

HTML5: This is the standard language used to structure webpages. We may utilize forms that operate with HTML5 technology on our website. These forms can collect your Personal Data that you voluntarily provide. The information in these forms is used to facilitate account registration, service inquiries, newsletter subscriptions, and other interactions with our Services.

We collect Personal Data in one of the following ways:

In addition to onboarding new ISEZA Customers and providing marketing material to subscribers, your Personal Data may also be collected and processed by us in the following ways and for the following purposes:

  • To perform our obligations under any contracts that we enter into with you, or contracts that are for your benefit, e.g. registering you as a new Customer, asking you to leave reviews, enabling you to complete surveys;
  • To improve user experience, personalize content, gather analytics, and enhance security;
  • To manage payments, fees and charges as well as collect any money owed to us;
  • To notify you of any updates to our Services and the website, and to notify you of any new Services we offer;
  • To provide you with marketing communication and/or Services of interest provided by us or any of our third-party Business Partners;
  • To allow you to use and access our Services and websites;
  • To verify your identity;
  • To increase the efficiency and operation of the website;
  • To monitor and protect our systems, websites, and premises from unauthorized access and use, and to maintain our systems and websites;

4. Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data

We may be required to have a legal basis to use your Personal Data. There are numerous different legal bases which we may rely on, depending on what Personal Data we process and why. The legal bases we may rely on include:

  • Where you provided consent: We rely on consent where you have provided clear consent for us to use and process your Personal Data for a specific purpose.
  • For the performance of a contract: We rely on contract performance where the use and process of your Personal Data is necessary for a contract we have with you or because you have asked us to take specific steps before entering into a contract with us. This includes where you have filled out the ISEZA forms via our website or made inquiries via email, phone, or social media.
  • Where we are required to fulfil a legal obligation: We rely on legal obligations to use and process your Personal Data when it is necessary for us to comply with the law. This basis does not include contractual obligations.
  • Where we have a legitimate interest: We rely on legitimate interests to process your Personal Data when we, or a third party, have a valid reason to do so – such as managing our business operations or improving our Services, study customer usage, keeping records updated, develop and grow our business, network security, to prevent fraud. This basis is overridden where the obligation to protect your Personal Data is greater than our legitimate interest.

We implement mechanisms to document, manage, and demonstrate your consent, including clear options to opt-in and opt-out of marketing communications or other non-essential processing. Where processing is based on consent, we ensure that it is freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous.

If you withdraw consent, we will cease processing your Personal Data for the relevant purpose, unless another legal basis applies. The withdrawal of consent means that you cease to use the Services of this website and ISEZA.

 

5. Disclosure of Personal Data

We may share the Personal Data we have collected about you in certain situations. Your Personal Data may be disclosed as follows:

  • For Legal and Compliance Reasons: To abide by legal and compliance obligations as stated by Data Privacy regulations and Data Privacy Law in the United Arab Emirates.
  • With Our Business Partners: We may share your Personal Data with our Business Partners. These Business Partners are the company logos you see on our website. The Privacy Policies of our Business Partners shall apply to your Personal Data in such cases. Personal Data shared with our Business Partners will be used to offer our ISEZA Customers certain products, Services, promotions, or event information.
  • With Other marketing third parties: We may share your Personal Data with marketing providers and other advertisers we partner with to assist us with marketing our Services to you. Additionally, we may share certain Personal Data with Meta (formerly Facebook), LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp (“Social Media Platforms”) which allow us to create lookalike audiences or other marketing material. You may learn more about each social media platform’s lookalike audiences and how to opt out of each. We recommend that you review each social media platform’s privacy policy.
  • During Events with Business Partners and/or third parties: Where we obtain your Personal Data through a jointly offered event or promotional activity by ISEZA, a Business Partner and/or third party, by attending such event or entering the promotional activity, you authorize and direct us to share your Personal Data with our co-sponsor, with third- party service providers who administer the promotion or event and aggregate your Personal Data to other third-party providers and platforms that help us understand our user demographic, including interests, habits and usage patterns for some of our Services so that we can market more efficiently.
  • With third parties: We work with third-party service providers that provide us tools that allow us to communicate with you, analyze usage and analytics, manage subscriptions and monitor your Personal Data for internal and external purposes. These purposes can include aggregating data used to protect against malware or fraud, usage, administer your account, internal analytics, customer support and legal and/or compliance or similar purposes. Data used with these third-party service providers include user identifiers such as IP addresses, IDFAs and/or device IDs, phone numbers and email addresses.
  • International Transfers: The Personal Data we collect will be collected and stored securely in the United Arab Emirates. However, it could be transferred to any Business Partner and third party, regardless of geographic location. These locations may not provide the same level of protection as those within the United Arab Emirates.

    Personal Data will only be transferred to countries or entities that provide an adequate level of protection, or where appropriate safeguards are in place such as:

    • Data transfer agreements that impose obligations consistent with the UAE Data Privacy Law;
    • Transfers necessary to perform a contract with you or to protect your vital interests; or
    • When legally mandated by international treaties to which the UAE is a party.

    Before any international data transfer, we conduct risk assessments and implement technical and organizational measures to safeguard your Personal Data.

We maintain a presence on various social media and blogging platforms, including but not limited to Meta (formerly Facebook), Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and WhatsApp. We may also integrate third-party social networking features into our Services, enabling users to interact with others, share content, or access our Services through those platforms. At your request, we may receive or share Personal Data via these platforms, and such Personal Data will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

ISEZA utilizes a secure transaction system to verify and protect your credit card information. Online payments for events are conducted through secure and powerful encryption to protect your details.

 

8. Further Information

We will not store, sell, share, rent or lease any credit or debit card details and personally identifiable Personal Data to any third parties.

We will not pass any credit or debit card details to third parties.

We will take appropriate steps to ensure privacy and security, including through various hardware and software methodologies. However, iseza.ae, cannot guarantee the security of any Personal Data that is disclosed online.

We are not responsible for the privacy policies of websites to which we link too. If you provide any Personal Data to such third parties, different rules regarding the collection and use of your Personal Data may apply. You should contact these entities directly if you have any questions about their use of the Personal Data that they collect.

 

9. Personal Data Relating to Children

We do not knowingly collect Personal Data relating to children under the legal age of majority in the UAE or the applicable jurisdiction. If you are under the age of majority, do not use the website. Please contact us if you believe that we may have the Personal Data of a child under the age of majority. Please inform us via email as soon as possible. We will attempt to delete the account of any child under the age of majority who is reported as soon as possible.

We implement reasonable safeguards to ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of your Personal Data provided. After the expiry of these retention periods or upon your request for deletion (where applicable), your Personal Data will be securely deleted unless retention is required by law or legitimate business interests.
